eKasica - Household budget management

Application designed for income and outcome management within one house or family. Extremly easy to use, makes it possible for all family members to keep track of their expenses in a way that best suits their needs.

Base idea: letting the users keep track of their income and outcome within a household and providing them with the information on the exact amount of money they have, at any given moment. Also, income and outcome reports, by different criteria, are available, so the users can always check where did the money go, or where did it come from.

Application has been designed to support two different modes:
  • Simple mode is used to keep income and outcome records at the basic level, by simply recording the transfer of money and is extremely easy to use. It doesn't require additional classifiers that would explain the nature of transfer in more detail.

  • Advanced mode extends the application with greater analytic possibilities at different levels:
    • keeping records across different accounts and
    • income and outcome classification by place of expense, family member, events or user-defined classifiers
eKasica may be used by all members of one family and each of them can choose his or hers preferred mode of usage.
