eFina eFina is a Web application intended for analysis, selection and presentation of financial parameters of any company. It has been developed as en extension to existing ERP system and relies on data from standard book keeping records with automatic or manual replication. eFina uses its own aggregated data structures so it doesn't slow down book keeping applications even with the most complex analysis. The quality of analysis is based on "economic categories" wich are defined in an easy way by combining accounts and creating recalculation formulas which can use accounts, parts of accounts as well as previously defnied categories. Combining these categories, time periods, points of sale and other parameters it is possible to create an array of standard report types (monthly, quarterly, yearly...). And using the embedded "wizards", it is possible to set not only the contents, but design as well, including the column layout, data grouping, totals, printing parameters, etc. Since it is possible to create very complex reports, all definitions can be saved and reactivated at any given time, with updated data. Saved definitions can also be used as templates when creating a new, slightly different report structure. Even fully generated reports can be saved, with current data, for analysis. And each user is given the option of creating his own report libraries which can remain private, but can also be marked as public, available to all users.
